BUMPS ON FACE

Whenever bumps appear on face, don’t press them or rub them. Better avoid eating chocolates and oily foods.
Daily before going to sleep, wash your face and apply apple syder vinegar on the bumps.
Daily wash your face with fresh slim juice 3 – 4 times on bumps.
Make a paste of 1 ½ spoon honey and ½ spoon cinnamon powder and apply it on bumps on night.
